animux is an anime tracking and recommendation app. You can keep a personal list of what you're watching, mark progress, get reminders for new episodes, and receive a daily personalised recommendation. The service is operated by Jairo Caro Accino, sole proprietor, based in Almería, Spain.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you're between 14 and 16 in the EU, please make sure a parent or guardian is aware. Do not use animux on behalf of a third party without authorisation.

If you find a security issue, report it to hello@animux.app instead of exploiting it. We'll respond.
animux generates recommendations using a third-party AI model (xAI's Grok) and pulls airing schedules from public sources. Both can be wrong, late, or incomplete. Don't rely on animux as the sole source for things that matter (episode dates, streaming availability, etc.). Always cross-check before, say, cancelling plans for an episode that turns out to have been delayed.
The service is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will keep working. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we shut animux down, we'll give signed-in users at least 30 days notice and a way to export their data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — especially the acceptable-use rules — without prior notice if the violation is serious. For minor issues we'll usually warn you first. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
To the extent allowed by Spanish and EU consumer law, animux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), nor liability for fraud or gross negligence.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we'll notify signed-in users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of animux after the change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking to us first goes to the courts of Almería, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to your local courts.
